Visora is a software interface that enables brands to offer immersive AR runways, 360-degree product views, virtual try-ons, and seamless check-out all within their existing platforms. By bridging the gap between physical retail and e-commerce, Visora aims to increase customer confidence, reduce return rates, and create deeper brand engagement. Unlike existing AR solutions that focus on isolated product categories, Visora offers a versatile and customizable platform tailored for both large and small fashion brands.

Extensive primary research was conducted, including interviews with AR specialists, web developer, and a fashion brand owner, as well as general consumer survey. Findings confirmed that current competitors often lack AR updates, usability, and broad product integration, leaving brands and end-consumers hesitant to adopt the technology. Technical experts highlighted key challenges such as optimization, rendering quality, and development costs, estimating the initial investment for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at £80,000–£300,000. However, the brand owner expressed interest in AR if it could demonstrate tangible benefits and be accessible through a subscription model.

The promotional strategy for Visora follows an AIDA framework, targeting fashion companies through industry events, B2B marketing, and direct outreach. The customer journey emphasizes a seamless onboarding process, continuous support, and performance analytics to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
